NODE VII // PUBLIC ENDPOINT

Useful systems for the present.
Sovereign networks for the future.

7thProtocol is an independent technology studio building software, data systems and practical digital products while researching a more decentralized and user-owned internet.

CURRENT OPERATIONS

WHAT EXISTS NOW

7thProtocol currently focuses on useful products and sustainable revenue: software, data systems, automation tools and hospitality operations that can survive outside a pitch deck.

MODULE 01

// ENCRYPTED DOSSIER

STAYS + BUILDER NODE

Martil nodes normally operate through Airbnb and Booking. Selected weekends are reserved for focused builder sessions near 1337 Med in Cabo Negro.

BUILDER WEEKENDS

Invite-only 48-hour build sprints for serious students, developers, data people and indie hackers who want to ship useful prototypes in public.

DATA SYSTEMS

Simple databases, dashboards and automation loops for tracking builder interest, pilots, experiments, outcomes and community relationships.

SIGNAL FILM

AN AD FOR PEOPLE WHO RECOGNIZE THE NETWORK.

The 7thProtocol signal is intentionally strange: part Lain-coded artifact, part invitation to build useful systems outside default platform gravity.

PROTOCOL STAYS

THE FIRST NODES ARE PHYSICAL

Our first network begins with Martil homes that can operate normally through Airbnb and Booking while occasionally becoming temporary builder spaces. The goal is not to build another rental platform; the goal is to let physical nodes fund useful experiments.

BUILDER NODE

WEEKEND HACKER HOUSE NEAR 1337 MED

7thProtocol is exploring selected builder weekends inside one Martil node, close to 1337 Med in Cabo Negro. Normal stays stay on Airbnb and Booking. The node becomes a lab only on chosen weekends: focused, practical and small enough to stay serious.

RENTAL STRATEGY

This is not a rental marketplace and not a property-management startup. Airbnb and Booking handle ordinary guests. 7thProtocol uses occasional blocked dates for builder culture, experiments and local technical community.

APPLY FOR BUILDER WEEKEND

OPTION 01

48H BUILDER WEEKEND

Friday night to Sunday demo. Four to six selected builders choose a problem, build in focused blocks and ship a visible prototype before leaving.

OPTION 04

LAB NODE

A recurring physical node for experiments: AI/data tools, local civic dashboards, student portfolios, founder sprints and 7thProtocol research signals.

CONTEXT

LOCAL PRESSURE

The Martil/Cabo Negro rent crisis makes affordability and access real constraints. The node should help serious builders without pretending to replace the rental market.

NODE RULES

  • /Small groups only: quality over crowd size.
  • /Ship something by Sunday: demo, code, dashboard, prototype or public writeup.
  • /Respect the space: no party positioning, no vague coworking aesthetic.
  • /Normal rental income remains protected through Airbnb and Booking calendars.

OPERATING SYSTEM

A STACK FOR INDEPENDENT NODES

7thProtocol is being shaped as a chain of useful layers: physical nodes, builder intake, data memory, automation agents and eventually protocol-level research.

LAYER 00

PHYSICAL NODES

Martil stays listed through Airbnb/Booking, with selected dates blocked for builder weekends and lab sessions.

LAYER 01

BUILDER INTAKE

Free forms and a simple database capture who wants to join, what they build, availability, budget and contribution level.

LAYER 02

DATA MEMORY

Pilot logs, shipped projects, attendance, testimonials, skills, outcomes and community relationships.

LAYER 03

AUTOMATION AGENTS

Small AI-assisted workers for monitoring, content, communication, research and operational triage.

LAYER 04

PROTOCOL RESEARCH

Portable identity, signed permissions, local-first sync, federated services and user-owned data models.

BUILD DOCTRINE

PRINCIPLES THAT FILTER THE WORK

The lab avoids abstract futurism. Each module must either produce cash flow, reduce operational friction, create reusable knowledge or move the architecture closer to user-owned infrastructure.

SIGNAL 01ACTIVE

UTILITY FIRST

Every experiment starts as something useful: a booking flow, a data pipeline, a monitoring loop, a guest operation, a tool someone can use today.

SIGNAL 02ACTIVE

LOCAL REALITY

Products are tested against real constraints: unreliable networks, manual operations, customer support, cash flow, maintenance and trust.

SIGNAL 03ACTIVE

COMPOSABLE INFRASTRUCTURE

Small modules should become larger systems: identity, communication, analytics, automation and ownership layers that can interoperate later.

SIGNAL 04ACTIVE

SOVEREIGN BY DEFAULT

The long-term direction favors portable data, user-controlled identity, open protocols and software that does not trap people inside one platform.

PHILOSOPHY

WHY THE SEVENTH PROTOCOL?

The internet became a collection of private territories. Identity, communication and memory now depend on systems controlled by a small number of organizations.

7thProtocol begins with a simpler question:

What would digital infrastructure look like if people could own their identity, move their data and participate without asking a central authority for permission?

We are not beginning with a token, a speculative economy or an empty promise. We are beginning with useful tools, sustainable businesses and experiments that can survive contact with reality.

PROTOCOL BEFORE TOKEN.
UTILITY BEFORE IDEOLOGY.
USERS BEFORE INFRASTRUCTURE.

FIELD NOTES

WHAT THE LAB IS LEARNING

The first version of the protocol is not written as a whitepaper. It is extracted from repeated work: serving guests, building tools, tracking operations and reducing dependency on closed platforms.

  • 01Direct relationships beat platform dependency.
  • 02Small profitable systems fund larger technical ambition.
  • 03A protocol is not a pitch deck. It is repeated behavior that survives pressure.
  • 04Hospitality is the infrastructure layer. Builder weekends and lab sessions are the cultural layer.

RESEARCH ROADMAP

FROM CASH FLOW TO PROTOCOL SPECIFICATION

The decentralized internet is not presented here as a finished product. It is a long research direction funded by practical operations and grounded product work.

  1. PHASE 01

    CASH FLOW

Rental operations, services and small SaaS products.

  2. PHASE 02

    LOCAL FIRST

Applications that remain useful offline and synchronize safely.

  3. PHASE 03

    PORTABLE IDENTITY

    User-controlled identity, permissions and reputation.

  4. PHASE 04

    FEDERATED SERVICES

Independent nodes that cooperate without a single owner.

  5. PHASE 05

    THE SEVENTH PROTOCOL

An experimental specification for user-owned digital infrastructure.

    LONG-TERM RESEARCH AMBITION

MANIFESTO.FRAGMENTREADONLY
The network is not a place.
It is an agreement.
A protocol defines who may speak,
who must be trusted,
what may be remembered,
and who retains control.
We intend to renegotiate that agreement._
